Kuardo helps landlords, tenants and agents keep a structured record of a rental deposit: who paid what, which documents and media support each line, and how charges affect the estimated refund.

Each property runs under a contract. Members see the same contract page (participants, evidence, showroom, timeline) according to their permissions.
