To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kuardo Thailand and its suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
